The course covers sustainable living systems for a wide variety of landscapes and climates. It includes the application of permaculture principles to food production, home design, construction, energy conservation and generation, and explores alternative economic structures and legal strategies supporting permaculture solutions.
15th - 16th NOVEMBER 2019
In this two day course, you will learn about the world of fermented drinks and tonics. We will examine the connected nature of fermenting to building community, overall gut health and wellbeing, focusing on the relationship with our soil, the source of our food and the responsibility for our future generations.
17th NOVEMBER TO 12th OF DECEMBER 2019
Learn hands-on practical permaculture skills whilst creating, building, gardening and implementing permaculture techniques and principles. You will gain arid climate permaculture experience such as drought proofing and water conservation, and be able to observe a functioning permaculture demonstration site.
